More than 2 years of experience in the travel/holiday industry.

Fair understanding of the elements that constitute a holiday package.

Excellent listener.

Customer satisfaction oriented.

Good communication skills, English, Hindi(mandatory). Any other language will be an added advantage.

Familiar with internet and Ms Office suite.

Addressing traveler queries by carrying out dedicated and relevant research on each of the travel destinations

Being well-versed with essential and basic travel inquiries related to prices, weather conditions, reviews etc.

Understanding client specifications and suggesting suitable holiday package(s) or relevant service.

Guiding customers through the booking procedure.

Prompt follow ups with travellers.

Reaching revenue and profit targets.

Product Manager

Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product

Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning

Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly websites and customer-facing features

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making and comfort with pro-forma financial and operational analysis

Implementation oriented; demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into innovative and detailed product requirements

Proven ability to make smart feature (customer experience) versus time-to-market trade-offs; experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value

Street smart; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals

Content Manager

Plan and implement content management strategy

Writing, editing and proof reading destination content, places content, suppliers info etc. maintaining quality standards

Maintain consistent look and feel throughout the content stack by creating and maintaining standard formats, guidelines for contents and media upload

Maintain, develop and execute the master content calendar for targeted markets

Assure web-based information is in sync with future marketing and promotional needs & of relevance to customers

Track and report content related issues

Suggest innovations to build rich content

Collaborate with key team members and suppliers
